Cancellations

Bookings are a legally binding contract and guests are advised to have adequate travel insurance in place for all accommodation and holiday bookings. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to cancel within a week of your intended stay then please note our cancellation policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of 4pm on the day of due arrival - full cost of the booking.

Cancellations more than 2 days, but less than 7 days from 4pm on day of due arrival - 50% of cost.

If we are able to let the rooms to another guest we will waive the charge.

All bookings made within 48hrs of arrival will require payment at the time of booking.
