Cancellations

PLEASE remember that your booking with us is a legally binding contract.

Things do happen and sometimes cancellations have to be made and we

strongly advise everyone booking holiday accommodation to take out

adequate travel insurance for their intended stay.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations within 1 week of 4pm on the day of arrival - full cost of the booking.

Cancellations between 1 and 4 weeks from 4pm on day of  arrival - 50% of cost.

If we are able to let the rooms to another guest we will waive or refund the charge.

Cancellation charges will be taken from the card used at booking or a deposit if paid.

If you are booking for a group it will help you to make sure the rest of the party are

aware of the terms and conditions of your booking.

All bookings made within 48hrs of arrival will require payment at the time of booking.
