Emma and Darren Blackmore took over the running of Elmfield House in March 2011.  This followed Emma working here as housekeeper and deciding to take over when the owners retired.  With a career in hospitality and customer service behind, coupled with experience of the day to day running of Elmfield House she continues the high standards and the friendly, homely feel she has been part of creating.

Emma is responsible for the day-to-day running of Elmfield and will be your main point of contact throughout your stay, ensuring you enjoy the highest standards of service.

In additional to ourselves you will also meet their daughters and son who assist with serving breakfast and also Emma's mum Angela who helps out with cooking and greeting guests and her dad, John, who may well have grown the veg you eat at dinner.

Other characters you are likely to come across during your stay are the three horses,  Bracken, Pashka and Bentley who graze in the field at the side of the parking area along with their companions, a flock of Welsh Badger Faced sheep.

And we must not forget Hetty and the Girls, the growing brood of assorted hens, who wander freely around the grounds, busy producing eggs for your breakfast.
