Elmfield House has four double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities.  Our twin bedded room can also take a folding bed and a cot for families with young children.   Guests can access these rooms via a private staircase solely for guest use.

Our huge east facing conservatory is a delightful place to enjoy the morning sun and take in views over open countryside while tucking in to a hearty breakfast.  There is also a spacious guest lounge area where guests can linger over a drink and relax in the late afternoon sun.  We always have books, magazines and games available for guests and there is often a jig saw on the go as well.  In the warm weather guests can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and garden..

Elmfield House has a no smoking policy - but ashtrays are available on request for use outside.

Guest are requested to between 4.00pm and 7.00pmto ensure that all the rooms are prepared to the highest standard, and for those departing the following day we would ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00am.  If you would like to arrive before 4.00pm or after 7pm then please call us to make arrangements .
