Elmfield House has four double bedrooms, all with en suite facilities (upgrades to two bathrooms have been carried out in Feb 2013).

Our twin bedded room can also take a folding bed and a cot for families with young children.

Guest access is through the conservatory leading to staircase to guest rooms and the lounge area downstairs.  The guest areas offer privacy as they are independent of our house but we are next door and easily available if needed.  This is particularly appreciated by groups or large family gatherings who enjoy the independence but without having to be self catered.

Our huge east facing conservatory is a delightful place to enjoy the morning sun and take in views over open countryside while tucking in to a hearty breakfast in the summer.  There is also a spacious guest lounge area where guests can enjoy a cup of tea and during winter it is a cosy place for us to serve your breakfast.  We always have books, magazines and games available for guests and there is often a jig saw on the go as well.  In the warm weather guests can sit outside to enjoy the sunshine and garden..

Elmfield House has a no smoking policy - but ashtrays are available on request for use outside.

Guest are requested to between 4.00pm and 7.00pmto ensure that all the rooms are prepared to the highest standard, and for those departing the following day we would ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00am.  If you would like to arrive before 4.00pm or after 7pm then please call us to make arrangements .
